Do you want to apply your legal expertise in an exciting social insurance law environment and actively contribute to legal certainty? For our newly created Legal Team Compensation Office/Disability Insurance, we are looking for a committed, socially insurance-affine personality from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you will conduct legal remedy and appeal procedures, provide legal advice and review complex case constellations. Your focus is on the area of disability insurance, while you are also willing to contribute to legal issues of the Compensation Office.Your tasks
- You independently conduct appeal procedures before cantonal and federal courts.
- You provide legal advice both internally and externally.
- You participate in interdisciplinary meetings and work on projects, working groups and training sessions.
- You conduct objection procedures for benefits under AHVG (helplessness allowance/aids).
- You process applications for legal aid as well as other matters of the IV office.
Your skills
- You have a university degree in law (lic.iur. or MLaw).
- You bring initial professional experience, ideally in social insurance law.
- You enjoy working both interdisciplinarily and independently.
- You have high social competence as well as a solution- and service-oriented working style.
- You are empathetic, reliable, structured and flexible.
- You have impeccable, confident oral and written expression.
