The Old Age and Survivors' Insurance (AHV) is the most important pillar of social security in Switzerland. The need for comprehensive advice on the flexibilization options that the AHV offers today is high. We want to provide our customers with a high-quality and contemporary customer service. In this extremely interesting leadership role, you bear overall responsibility for the process line and ensure the efficient, customer-friendly, and legally compliant handling of customer concerns in your process line. Your process line is responsible for the integrated advice and processing of AHV and IV pensions as well as IV daily allowances.

Together with two team leaders, you lead around 40 employees and promote them both personally and professionally. In addition, you actively participate in projects. Together with your direct supervisor, you also ensure the implementation of strategic and operational goals.

You convince us with your skills.

You have a commercial education (Profile E or M) and further business management training (FH or HF). As an open and committed personality, you enjoy applying both your numerical flair and your communication and empathetic skills in this exciting leadership role. You bring several years of solid leadership experience, ideally from the insurance industry. You are a personality skilled in both written and oral expression and know how to use your presentation skills profitably. You are innovative and characterized by a flexible, holistic, and implementation-oriented way of thinking and acting. You feel comfortable in a goal-oriented environment where you can make a difference.
