Your area of responsibility
- Management of initiatives/projects including control and achievement of objectives.
- Initialisation and development of assignments
regarding organisational and technical
feasibility, cost-effectiveness, risks and success factors. - Assessment of technical feasibility.
- Implementation support with technical expertise.
- Planning with concept creation, documentation and implementation.
- Budget and cost control throughout the entire
process, including tracking deviations. - Active stakeholder management, communication and presentations.
- Leading project teams and coordinating clients, suppliers and partners.
Your skills
- Passion for technology and communication with people
- Education or further training in the field of IT (IT EFZ or equivalent)
- Good understanding of modern ICT landscapes (cloud solutions, infrastructure, interfaces and applications)
- Experience in managing initiatives
- Certification in project management is an advantage (IPMA, HERMES, etc.)
- Goal- and solution-oriented working style as well as
flexibility and ability to adapt to different
tasks - Team player mindset and enjoyment in supporting colleagues and sharing know-how
- Open, transparent communication and motivation to work independently and proactively seek solutions
