• Management of initiatives/projects including control and achievement of objectives.
• Initialisation and development of assignments
  regarding organisational and technical
  feasibility, cost-effectiveness, risks and success factors.
• Assessment of technical feasibility.
• Implementation support with technical expertise.
• Planning with concept creation, documentation and implementation.
• Budget and cost control throughout the entire
  process, including tracking deviations.
• Active stakeholder management, communication and presentations.
• Leading project teams and coordinating clients, suppliers and partners.

• Passion for technology and communication with people
• Education or further training in the field of IT (IT EFZ or equivalent)
• Good understanding of modern ICT landscapes (cloud solutions, infrastructure, interfaces and applications)
• Experience in managing initiatives
• Certification in project management is an advantage (IPMA, HERMES, etc.)
• Goal- and solution-oriented working style as well as
  flexibility and ability to adapt to different
  tasks
• Team player mindset and enjoyment in supporting colleagues and sharing know-how
• Open, transparent communication and motivation to work independently and proactively seek solutions
