The Telecom division provides us with connectivity services, both mobile and fixed network based. You take on a central role to ensure transparent financial management in one or more programmes at SBB Telecom. You are part of the Programme Management team, which supports each other in their respective tasks. The complex and dynamic environment makes your work exciting, varied and demanding. This is what you can achieve.

• You ensure correct financial management within programmes. In doing so, you create transparency and thus make an important contribution to achieving the programmes' objectives.
• As a sparring partner for programme managers and all involved parties in financial matters, you are the central point of contact and responsible for all data assigned to you.
• You are responsible for controlling and reporting of programmes and projects; your data form the basis for steering committees and other bodies.
• You accompany and manage change and risk management, tracking the measures initiated with the aim of risk reduction.
• You actively help define standards in financial management and controlling.
• Supporting project managers and clients, assessing prepared documents, recording projects in SAP, and general data maintenance are also part of your daily tasks.

• With your confident manner, you convince even critical voices and persistently seek common solutions that you can also enforce.
• To be successful in this position, you are used to working in interdisciplinary teams at different hierarchical levels. Ideally, you are familiar with classic and agile project and process methods.
• With great passion, you conduct demanding stakeholder management at very different hierarchy and knowledge levels, taking into account the respective interests and goals. Your analytical and systematic way of thinking supports you in achieving rapid progress with pragmatic solutions.
• You have no difficulty handling large amounts of data and the necessary structuring. Good knowledge of SAP facilitates your work in this role; advanced Excel skills are considered necessary.
• A completed degree in business administration, finance & controlling at FH/HF level is required; ideally, you also have several years of practical experience in a comparable role, preferably in a telecom or IT environment.
• You are fluent in German for negotiations; good knowledge of French (B2) is an additional advantage.
