• Further development and optimisation of services within the area of responsibility
• Implementation of new framework conditions in the field of property management
• Participation in projects, processes, and applications
• Review, further development, and implementation of internal initiatives
• Leadership of a cross-departmental expert committee
• Ensuring quality within the area of responsibility
• Economical and efficient task completion
• Participation in cross-departmental and national projects
• Market and competitor observation in the field of property management

• Completed commercial basic training
• Further training as a property manager with a federal certificate or real estate trustee with a federal diploma
• At least 3 years of experience in the property management of residential and/or commercial properties
• Confident German and good French skills
• Very good MS Office skills
• Independent and responsible working style
• Service orientation and strong communication skills
• Solution-oriented thinking and resilience
