Our client is a renowned and successful SME in the field of electrical planning with several locations. They design sophisticated electrical installations, especially for public buildings as well as office and commercial buildings. The company has a high proportion of regular customers and is very well established in the market.

As the previous branch manager is taking on a different internal role, we are looking for an experienced individual from electrical planning to take over this position at the location in the Zug region. As branch manager, you will lead the team, be responsible for the professional and economic development of the branch, and continue to manage your own projects. Depending on experience, you will either take on the branch management directly or start initially as an experienced project manager and grow into the role after appropriate induction.

Your new role

• You will take on the professional and personnel management of the branch team and develop it further together with the management.
• In addition to your leadership role, you will also manage and lead your own electrical planning projects.
• You are responsible for budget planning, cost control, and the economic development of the branch.
• You maintain existing customer relationships, expand them further, and acquire new projects and customers.
• You actively shape the further development of the branch and represent the company to customers and business partners.

What distinguishes you

• You have a basic education as an electrical installer EFZ or electrical planner EFZ and ideally have further training as an electrical project manager or certified electrical installer.
• You bring several years of experience in independently managing demanding electrical planning projects.
• You have experience in leading employees or teams and want to expand this responsibility further.
• You think entrepreneurially, work in a structured manner, and keep quality, profitability, and customer needs in view.
• You are an upbeat, confident, and communicative personality with decisiveness and a good sense for people.
