Deputy Managing Director - Concrete Processing (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with regard to the company objectives:

• Leadership & Responsibility: Support and deputise for the Managing Director in operational and strategic matters
• Team Leadership: Professional and personnel management as well as promotion of employees and apprentices
• Project Management: Independent planning, organisation and coordination of exciting projects and construction site deployments
• Project Responsibility: Ensuring high-quality, timely and economical order processing
• Customer Care: Maintaining existing customer relationships, acquiring new customers and collaborating with site managers and project partners
• Calculation & Tendering: Handling tenders as well as preparing and calculating quotations
• Business Development: Active shaping and optimisation of operational workflows and processes

Your skills to advance us as well as our customers and employees:

• Education: Completed technical or craft training in the main or subcontracting construction sector
• Further Education: Qualification as site manager, foreman, technician HF or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• Professional Experience: Several years of experience in concrete processing or a related field, ideally with leadership experience
• Expertise: Good knowledge in work preparation, calculation and project execution as well as a strong quality and safety awareness
• Leadership & Organisation: Entrepreneurial thinking, organisational talent and enjoyment in taking responsibility
• Personality: Independent, solution-oriented working style as well as confident and professional appearance
• Other Requirements: Driving licence category B, very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
