Spitex Birseck is a progressive non-profit organisation employing around 90 staff. On behalf of the municipalities of Münchenstein and Arlesheim we provide professional and comprehensive assistance and care. We support people in maintaining their independence so they can live at home.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual immediately or by arrangement as

Employee for the Domestic Services Team 40 – 80%

Your tasks:

• You support our clients with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing and shopping
• You record client information in the electronic documentation
• If required, you take on small cooking tasks
• You pass on information on health-related topics to the care teams

Your profile:

• Completed domestic services training (EBA, EFZ) or proven, solid experience in domestic services
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people in various life situations
• Client- and service-oriented
• Flexibility and resilience
• Good German skills in spoken and written form. At least B1
• Driving licence category B or enjoyment of e-bike riding
• PC user skills
• Ability to manage relationships professionally and set clear boundaries
