We are looking for a motivated and warm ward manager (m/f/d) for a respected nursing facility in the Oftringen area, who can start immediately or by arrangement. Responsibilities
- You lead a dedicated nursing team of 15 to 20 employees both professionally and personally and ensure smooth operations
- You support and promote the development of your employees and create a motivating work atmosphere
- You maintain communication with relatives as well as external specialist agencies and ensure clear, targeted communication
Requirements
- You have a degree as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
- You bring solid nursing experience, ideally also in a leadership position
- You have organizational talent, a strong leadership personality, and keep an overview even in stressful situations
- You are empathetic and know how to inspire your team with clear communication
