To strengthen our real estate team at the St. Gallen location, we are looking for a Mandate Manager: Real Estate 50-60% (m/f/d) at the St. Gallen site, starting immediately or by arrangement.

WHAT DRIVES YOU
• You independently manage your real estate mandates and personally, proactively, and economically support mainly condominium owners' associations
• You plan and lead condominium owners' meetings, implement resolutions, and coordinate collaboration with owners, caretakers, craftsmen, and authorities
• You competently advise our clients on legal, technical, and financial issues concerning their properties
• You identify the need for action early, manage maintenance and renovation measures, and keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and costs
• Depending on your interest and experience, you contribute to valuations, mediations, and the further development of our processes and services
HOW YOU SUCCEED
• You hold a Swiss federal specialist certificate in real estate management or a comparable qualification
• You bring solid experience in real estate management, preferably in condominium ownership
• You manage mandates independently, set priorities confidently, and act customer-oriented as well as entrepreneurially
• You convince with professional confidence, negotiation skills, and a confident appearance
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and reliable manner and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• You communicate fluently in German and are familiar with digital work processes
• You appreciate professional exchange within the team and actively contribute to the further development of our real estate sector
