To strengthen our real estate team at the St. Gallen location, we are looking for a Mandate Manager: Real Estate 50-60% (m/f/d) at the St. Gallen site, immediately or by arrangement.

WHAT YOU WILL DRIVE

• You independently manage your real estate mandates and personally, proactively and economically look after mainly condominium owners' associations
• You plan and lead condominium owners' meetings, implement resolutions and coordinate cooperation with owners, caretakers, craftsmen and authorities
• You competently advise our customers on legal, technical and financial issues concerning their real estate
• You recognise the need for action early, manage maintenance and renovation measures and keep an eye on quality, deadlines and costs
• Depending on interest and experience, you contribute to valuations, mediations and the further development of our processes and services

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• You have a federal professional certificate in real estate management or a comparable further qualification
• You bring solid experience in real estate management, preferably in condominium ownership
• You manage mandates independently, set priorities confidently and act customer-oriented as well as entrepreneurially
• You convince with professional confidence, negotiation skills and a confident manner
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented and reliable manner and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• You communicate fluently in German and are familiar with digital work processes
• You appreciate professional exchange within the team and actively contribute to the further development of our real estate sector
