Job summary
Die Stadt Thun bietet ein modernes und flächendeckendes Tagesschulangebot für Kindergarten- und Schulkinder. Ab 1. August 2027 gibt es neue Chancen für die Betreuung von Kindern.
Tasks
- Planen und Durchführen von Freizeitbeschäftigungen und Projekten.
- Betreuen der Kinder mit individueller Förderung und Unterstützung.
- Zubereiten von Zwischenmahlzeiten und Mitwirkung bei administrativen Arbeiten.
Skills
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Respekt.
- Gute Team-, Konflikt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.

The city of Thun offers a modern and comprehensive day school programme for kindergarten and school children. With reliable care before and after lessons, it supports families in everyday life and creates an environment where children feel comfortable, learn, and develop.
From 1 August 2027, we offer in the two Gotthelf Day Schools and Neufeld a
Your tasks:
- Planning and conducting leisure activities, events, and projects
- Caring for the children present, including individual support
- Co-designing the day school rooms
- Preparing snacks and taking on kitchen and cleaning duties
- Assisting with administrative tasks and participating in team meetings
You bring with you:
- Enjoyment in working with people and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong empathy, patience, and respect
- Basic PC skills and confident communication in spoken and written form (including text comprehension)
- Good observation skills, quick reaction ability, and the capacity to set boundaries
- Good team, conflict, and communication skills as well as psychological stability
- Organisational skills, flexibility, and a sense of cleanliness and order
