As a Sales Assistant, you support our vehicle salespeople throughout the entire sales process and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From preparing and presenting vehicles to test drives, vehicle deliveries, and organisational tasks, you are an important support for our sales team and our customers.

Sales Assistant 100% (m/f/d)

• You support the sales team with administrative and organisational tasks throughout the entire sales process and ensure a smooth order processing
• You accompany the sales process from the test drive to the vehicle delivery and coordinate the necessary procedures and documents
• You take care of lease returns, handle customer concerns, and ensure complete and correct documentation as well as management of vehicle and sales documents
• You support the dispatch in daily business, coordinate vehicle movements, and deputise during absences
• You welcome our customers on the vehicle lot and in the showroom, coordinate test drives, and assist with professional vehicle presentation and explanation
• You actively support the sales team on approximately 12–18 Saturdays per year with test drives, customer reception, vehicle presentations, and vehicle explanations, ensuring a professional customer contact process

• You have a commercial apprenticeship EFZ or training in the automotive technical field
• You have initial professional experience in customer contact, sales environment, or the automotive industry and enjoy combining administration, vehicles, and customer service
• You are proficient in MS Office and common IT systems, work confidently with digital processes, and have a good and efficient 10-finger typing system
• You have a good technical understanding of vehicles
• You enjoy working independently and are used to giving your best for the team every day
• You like working in a team, are helpful, reliable, and contribute to a motivated working atmosphere with your positive attitude
• You are resilient, flexible, and keep a cool head even in hectic moments, while actively advancing your professional and personal development with initiative and willingness to learn
• You have a high level of organisational talent, think ahead, and plan your tasks proactively, efficiently, and in a structured manner
• You hold a valid category B driving licence and feel confident handling various vehicles
