Apprenticeship as Network Electrician EFZ 2026

Apprenticeship description:

• Cable construction, operation and maintenance of the power grid: The cables are laid underground in protective pipes.
• Plant construction: Transformer stations and switchgear must be built and maintained.
• New installation and maintenance of public lighting
• Work with plan bases and electronic diagrams

Duration of training:

• 3 years

Requirements for the apprenticeship are:

• Secondary or middle school diploma
• Manual skills 
• Good technical and mathematical understanding
• Good health
• Reliability and ability to work in a team
• Enjoyment of manual work outdoors
