Trainee Lawyer in Corporate Legal Services 40 - 50% (m/f/d)

What you will achieve

• Clarification of legal issues as well as advising internal departments and group companies, especially in the areas of contract law, labour law, commercial and corporate law, intellectual property law, criminal law, and public procurement law 
• Handling and management of files and legal cases 
• Drafting and reviewing contracts 
• Writing legal documents, correspondence, and other documents 
• Preparing changes and updates in Swiss / EU legislation 
• Monitoring current case law and informing internal stakeholders 
• Participation in negotiations and court proceedings 

What you bring

• Completed law degree (MLaw) 
• Completed internships and preparing for the bar exam 
• Ideally, in-depth knowledge of labour law
• Interest in economic contexts and entrepreneurial issues 
• Independent, reliable, and careful working style 
• Initiative and time flexibility 
• German as mother tongue, good knowledge of French is an advantage 
• Ideally willingness to commit for at least twelve months
