What you can achieve
- Independent case processing, conducting conversations and care of offenders during the criminal proceedings as well as after conviction (in penal enforcement)
- Clarification/treatment of legal questions, providing legal information as well as processing consultations and statements
- Drafting orders, creating enforcement plans as well as handling general legal enforcement administration
- Collaboration in the implementation of ROS standards (risk-oriented sanction enforcement) in enforcement planning and documentation
- Cooperation with authorities, offices, social institutions in case management
- Administrative support of management and participation in projects
What distinguishes you
- Licentiate or master’s degree (bachelor’s degree with administrative, criminal law or penal enforcement experience) in law
- Experience or interest in criminal, penal enforcement and administrative law
- Strong communication and conflict skills
- Confident communication orally and in writing in German
- Flexibility and enjoyment of working in a team
- High social competence and assertiveness
- Resilience and independent working style
- Good knowledge of common IT applications
- Foreign language skills are an advantage
- Driving licence category B present
