Automation Technician with Expertise in Maintenance and Production
Tasks
- Preventive maintenance and repairs on production systems, building technology and infrastructure systems
- Timely troubleshooting of production systems, building technology and infrastructure systems
- Carrying out connection work and assisting with commissioning of new systems
- Performing maintenance on electrical installations in accordance with applicable standards
- Managing the electrical spare parts warehouse
- Participation in electrical projects
- Willingness to be on call
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an electrician, electrical installer or automation technician
- Professional experience in the maintenance of production systems
- Operating electrician permit (Art. 13 NIV) or further training in maintenance is an advantage
- Knowledge of PLC controls, control and regulation technology as well as motors and pneumatics
- High degree of independence and self-motivation, structured approach, good interconnected thinking
- Native German speaker, good English skills desired
