You work in a residential group with 7 adults with developmental and multiple disabilities in a team of 9 people. We look forward to your application

Social Pedagogue / Care Specialists

immediately or by arrangement
Tasks you will undertake:
You accompany 8 people in the household, leisure, care, and participation in social life. The concept
of functional health provides the basis for this. For two clients, you take on the coordination role and work with specialist agencies, authorities, relatives, and legal guardians.
What you bring:
o completed training as a social pedagogue / FABE / HEP / AGS / FAGE
o appreciative attitude, humorous and stable presence
o supportive, clear communication
o a team-oriented and independent working style
o willingness for irregular working hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
