IT Systems Engineer – Endpoint Management (Intune, MECM/SCCM) (m/f/d)

These are your tasks:

• Endpoint Management: You are responsible for the operation, maintenance and continuous development of our Windows 11 client environment with around 2,000 end devices.
• Microsoft Intune & MECM/SCCM: You administer and optimise our endpoint management platforms and actively shape the transition to modern, cloud-based management approaches.
• Modern Deployment: You orchestrate and improve our Windows Autopilot and rollout processes for the smoothest possible "out-of-the-box" experience.
• Lifecycle & Software: You plan, package and distribute software, security updates as well as BIOS and driver packages globally and reliably.
• Automation: You reduce manual efforts through PowerShell scripts and modern automation solutions.
• Support & Processes: You support our ITSM processes in incident, problem and change management, resolve complex hardware and software requests and document them in our ticket system.
• Collaboration & Documentation: You work closely with teams such as Infrastructure Solutions and IT Security and sustainably document solutions in our knowledge base.

This is what you bring:

• Foundation: You have a degree in (business) computer science, training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification with solid professional experience.
• Tech Stack: You have several years of practical experience in the administration of MECM/SCCM. Microsoft Intune is not unfamiliar to you.
• Modern Workplace & Cloud Transition: Ideally, you have already accompanied migrations or further developments from classic on-premises management approaches to modern, cloud-based endpoint management solutions.
• Deployment & Automation: You have sound knowledge of Windows Autopilot, modern patch management, software distribution as well as BIOS and driver packaging. PowerShell and automation are a matter of course for you.
• Security & Infrastructure: Experience with SentinelOne as well as know-how in the Microsoft world, e.g. Entra ID, Active Directory and Microsoft 365, complete your profile. You understand security baselines, hardening policies and endpoint security requirements.
• Soft Skills & Mindset: You enjoy working in a team, think service-oriented and bring enthusiasm for innovation as well as a structured way of working. We expect fluent German and very good English skills as well as moderate willingness to travel within Germany.
