Your tasks
In the "REA Youth" section within the Disability Insurance Office of the KSVA :
- The Case Manager is responsible for processing IV applications from minors with health impairments, in close cooperation with internal (career and integration advisors, lawyers, RAD doctors) and external partners (schools, educational institutions, medical partners, etc.)
- He/she reviews and supports the applications and coordinates the services specially developed for young people within the framework of the further development of the IV (early detection and intervention measures) until the assessment of the pension entitlement
- He/she is also the contact person for the cantonal networks (school, career counselling, hospital, etc.) and advises on disability issues within the meaning of the IV
Desired profile
- Education at a university of applied sciences or federal diploma in the fields of social sciences, health, case management or equivalent education
- Knowledge in the areas of compulsory schooling, vocational training and/or health
- Proven professional experience in the field of social insurance or in the administrative and social care of people
- Well-organised, proactive person with very good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinary
- Fluency in French or German with very good knowledge of the other language (spoken/written)
