What we are looking for
For our locations in Zurich and Winterthur, we are looking for a committed personality who will actively support our sales team in the back office, starting immediately or by arrangement.
With a pronounced hands-on mentality and high service orientation, you will take on all administrative tasks in day-to-day business. You will ensure a smooth process in internal organization, prepare documents, and relieve the sales team of all operational matters.

What you will achieve with us
- Gathering and creating offers in close collaboration with account management
- Coordination and processing of contracts, orders, and billing
- Support and maintenance of opportunity management
- Administrative and organizational support for the team in day-to-day business
- Taking on general administrative tasks
- Internal and external communication as well as central contact person for colleagues, customers, and partners
- Close collaboration with key account managers to support the sales process
- Maintenance and updating of our CRM system as well as control of order, customer, and license data
- Participation in the continuous development and optimization of internal processes and workflows
- Support in planning and executing customer events and marketing actions
- Representation in the accounting area, especially in creating and sending debtor invoices
What you bring
- Successfully completed commercial or technical training or studies in the business or technical field
- Passion and enthusiasm for innovative technology
- Proven success in software sales is desirable
- Effective self-management for independent and structured work
- Strong communication skills, confident and friendly demeanor
- Willingness to perform, commitment, and teamwork
- High customer orientation and consulting competence
- Analytical thinking and structured approach to constantly changing requirements
- German as a native language and very good English skills
