Are you looking for a challenging position and want to engage for fair working conditions? We are looking for a head for the department for working conditions, supporting measures, and combating undeclared work for our interdisciplinary, agile, and motivated team starting from October 1 or by agreement.

• You actively and supportively contribute to the management of the department and participate in the strategic development of the entire area.
• You continuously develop your team content-wise and ensure high quality and uniform implementation in the department.
• You orient yourself to the guidelines of the performance agreement with the federal government and actively support your team in achieving the set goals.
• You interact with other authorities, participate in working groups in the canton of Lucerne, and maintain a constructive network.
• You are willing to engage in inter-cantonal and nationwide committees on topics of working conditions, supporting measures, and combating undeclared work.
• You lead the office of the Tripartite Commission for the Labor Market of the canton of Lucerne and organize its meetings in consultation with the commission's presidency.

• You have a Master's degree in law and have experience in administration enforcement.
• You bring strong leadership skills.
• You are used to making independent decisions and communicate appropriately to the audience and situation.
• You are interested in society, the economy, and politics and reflect this in your work.
• You know how to decisively enforce guidelines and laws in enforcement and support your team in this.
• You communicate empathetically and understandably, and writing texts comes easily to you.
• You act competently and flexibly in a constantly changing environment and support your colleagues in achieving their goals.
• You master the usual tools for data processing effortlessly.
