What you can achieve
- Engineering and co-development of the tactical communication solution in a safety-critical environment
- Assuming a Team Coach / Scrum Master role according to the SAFe framework
- Contributing to the creation of system architecture and concept documents (technical concepts, variant analyses)
- Close collaboration with software and hardware development teams (HW/SW) to further develop the products
- Setting up and operating demo setups as well as conducting feasibility studies, prototypes and customer demonstrations
- Planning, creating and contributing to user stories, acceptance criteria and test execution
- Active participation in interdisciplinary projects
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, telecommunications or a comparable technical field
- Experience in system engineering and architecture, ideally in a safety-critical environment
- Experience in requirements engineering and technical documentation
- Solid Linux knowledge (operation and configuration)
- Experience dealing with customers in the federal or defence sector is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, proactive and solution-oriented personality with pronounced technical understanding and team spirit
