What to expect Professional and personnel management, coaching and development of employees Building a strong team for the Laufen region Responsibility for achieving the branch's goals Solution-oriented, personal advice and support (physically or digitally) for private and corporate clients Responsibility for the sale of non-life products as well as mediation of life products Acquisition of new customers (using modern and digital tools and existing internal AXA processes) Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures Implementation and assurance of AXA's sales philosophy and principles Participation in regional events and organisation of marketing campaigns What you bring Completed vocational training and professional experience in the insurance industry with a passed intermediary examination mandatory Several years of experience in field sales is required Enjoyment and ability to lead and motivate a team Good anchoring in the region and residence in the immediate vicinity Proven success in the financial services sector or insurance industry Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are an advantage Independent and goal-oriented working style as well as high commitment and initiative Assertiveness, communication skills and negotiation skills What we offer you We create conditions that give you space to develop and fully exploit your potential.
