Your Tasks
- Operation of the telephone and information center as well as the central admission
- Patient reception and visitor information
- Sale, ordering, and billing of stamps including daily cash settlement
- Vehicle reservation and key management
- Diverse administrative tasks
- Additionally, representation of postal employees as needed (driver's license category B) as well as occasional deployment in the internal mail, including collecting and distributing mail on the campus of Psychiatry Baselland

- Proven professional experience in a similar environment
- Secure application of common MS Office programs
- Good manners, high social competence, and teamwork ability
- Strong communication skills, confident German in spoken and written form

- Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and holidays. Opening hours 365 days from 07:00 – 20:00.
