University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, Continuing Education

Your tasks:

As the central hub of continuing education at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, you take on a responsible leadership role and work closely with programme leaders, the continuing education secretariat, as well as other internal and external stakeholders. Your tasks include in particular:

Personnel management of the office team as well as the heads of the three teams of the continuing education secretariat
Writing reports and decision-making documents for university management and other stakeholders
Further development of efficient and effective processes in continuing education
Advising interested continuing education participants

Your profile:

You are a committed, team-oriented and communicative personality with a strong service orientation and enjoyment of complex issues. In addition, you bring the following:

University of Applied Sciences or university degree
Proven leadership skills and experience in an expert organisation
Solid experience in project management
Know-how in quality management
Knowledge of the Swiss education landscape and ideally familiarity with university continuing education
