• lead the employee and partner affairs teams as well as international client services (5 employees in total)
• be the point of contact, especially for French-speaking Valiant employees and their relatives, and advise them comprehensively and professionally
• manage and develop your own client portfolio in the areas of financing, investments and pension provision
• advise on our products and services professionally and tailored to client needs and be responsible for their technical processing

• a banking education and several years of professional experience, especially in the credit sector
• up-to-date technical knowledge as well as completed additional banking training
• leadership skills or the motivation to take a new step towards a leadership role
• a strong customer, service and results orientation as well as solid communication skills and a good ability to assert yourself
• a strong sense of responsibility and discretion in handling confidential data
• an excellent command of French
• knowledge of Finnova is an advantage
