Building Technician / Technical Concierge (a)

As part of a mandate in the Neuchâtel region, we are looking for a: Technical Concierge

Your tasks:

- Organize, process, and close work orders and tickets within the given deadlines.
- Perform simple repairs and maintenance work (plumbing, electricity, carpentry, etc.).
- Monitor and coordinate small repair projects.
- Propose and implement appropriate technical and organizational improvements.
- Carry out small relocations and rearrangements of workstations.
- Prepare and set up meeting/conference rooms, assist during events.
- Accompany and supervise external contractors (suppliers, service providers).
- Maintain outdoor facilities (green spaces, snow removal, internal roads).
- Ensure sorting and disposal of waste (paper, PET, cardboard, chemical waste, secure containers, etc.).
- Participate in quality controls related to installations, services, and common areas.

Your profile:

- Federal VET Diploma as an operations agent in the building sector or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in Facility Management
- Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites
- Proficiency in French, English is an asset
- Good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Service-oriented mindset
