• As a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH on the on-call team, you keep an overview of all tasks, set priorities, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You move around the clinic everywhere, support admissions, alarms, and acute situations, and are available as a reliable contact person.
• Through your constant contact with all wards, you actively contribute to a good working atmosphere and a safe environment.
• You take on short-term responsibility on wards, support admissions and discharges, and are on site for crisis talks or special situations.
• Rounds on the psychotherapy wards, issuing reserve medications, and support during on-call calls are part of your daily tasks.
• You ensure that everything runs smoothly, from opening the entrance door after closing hours to spontaneous deployments, always with experience and professional competence.

• You have completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH (for foreign qualifications, recognition or a positive pre-check by the Swiss Red Cross is required).
• You have already gained experience in psychiatry.
• Night shifts in a two-person team are handled confidently; even in complex situations, calm and overview are maintained.
• You have social skills, are resilient, work independently and responsibly, and can work well in interdisciplinary teams.
• Good IT skills facilitate administrative tasks; very good German skills (at least C1) are required.
