Team Leader Consultation Hours, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will lead the secretariat of the medical consultation hours both professionally and organisationally (Monday to Friday / daytime working hours)
• You will plan and organise the consultation hours
• You will ensure quality, participate in projects, and write medical reports
• Additionally, you will also assist partly in consultation hours and the laboratory
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have training as an MPA Medical Practice Assistant, MPK Medical Practice Coordinator, FAGE Health Specialist, or equivalent (m/f/d)
• You are proficient in medical terminology and have experience in optimising processes
• Do you consider yourself customer-oriented, communicative, well organised, and socially competent?
