International Patient Coordinator & Concierge
Longevity Programme | Freelance | Remote

We are seeking an experienced freelance professional to support our international longevity business—a private, invitation-only programme for individuals who view their health as a strategic asset.

You will be a trusted point of contact for clients, providing discreet, personalised support and coordinating their journey with physicians and partner clinics.

Your responsibilities

Coordinate consultations, health assessments, appointments and follow-up.Manage international travel, accommodation, transfers and concierge requests.Prepare proposals and maintain confidential client records.Ensure seamless communication between clients, medical teams and service partners.

Your profile

Experience in international patient coordination, private healthcare, luxury hospitality or concierge services.Excellent communication, organisation and discretion.Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.Ability to work independently, with reliable availability during European business hours.

Collaboration

Remote freelance engagement. Scope, time commitment and remuneration agreed individually. Medical advice and clinical decisions remain with qualified physicians.
