• Responsibility for professional, empathetic, resource-oriented, and individual care and support of the residents in the living areas

• Proper execution of prescribed medical-diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Accurate management of electronic nursing documentation as well as ensuring recipient-appropriate and interdisciplinary information flow

• Completed tertiary level education (HF, AKP, PsyKP, DNII or FaLB)
• High social, methodological, and professional competence
• Strong communication skills, especially in dealing with elderly and aged people
• Good IT skills and confidence in handling electronic documentation
