Your area of responsibility

You are the first point of contact in our shop in Zurich-Giesshübel for our versatile and demanding customers from the construction trade. You advise in a friendly, competent, and sales-oriented manner directly in the shop as well as on the phone. You independently and efficiently handle orders and cash sales as well as direct orders with our suppliers. You handle complaints confidently and solution-oriented. You are also responsible for a sales-promoting and clean product presentation in the shop. You actively assist with sales promotion campaigns and support the sales manager in all matters. This exciting area of responsibility also includes replacements and holiday cover in our sales outlets in the Zurich area.

Your profile

For this varied and challenging activity, we are looking for a positive, service-oriented personality. It is no problem for you to integrate into the respective teams. You have training in the main or secondary construction trade or possess expertise in the field of building materials. Ideally, you already have experience from a similar position (sales / building materials trade). Direct customer contact and active sales in a pleasant atmosphere with a large assortment bring you joy. Good PC user skills as well as SAP knowledge are an advantage. Since you work as a floater, you have your own vehicle.
