Sanitary Technology Planner (m/f/d)
One of our Rocken partners is a company active in the field of building technology. Responsibilities:
- You plan and design sanitary installations for a variety of exciting building projects
- You create technical drawings and plans, always considering applicable standards and regulations
- You work closely with other departments, such as electrical and heating technology, to develop integrated and optimal solutions
- You supervise construction projects and ensure that the planned sanitary installations are implemented professionally
- You support the project team in technical implementation and coordinate construction processes effectively
- You calculate costs and contribute to the economic planning of projects
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a building technology planner specialising in sanitary technology or hold a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of professional experience in planning sanitary installations
- You have a good technical understanding and knowledge of CAD software, ideally Nova
- You are familiar with the applicable standards and regulations in the field of sanitary technology and apply them confidently
- You work independently and in a structured manner and are characterised by reliable, interconnected thinking
- You have very good German language skills and can express yourself clearly and professionally
