Are you a certified electrical installer and want to take the next step in your career? Or do you already have experience in project management and are looking for a new challenge? In the new construction of the RBS station Bern, you will work on one of the largest infrastructure projects in Switzerland and develop step by step. Together with our project team, you will realise modern electrical systems and increasingly take on responsibility in the technical and organisational project management.

Junior Project Manager / Project Manager Electrical, Major Project Bern (80-100 %)

• You support subprojects and independently take on individual areas of responsibility depending on your experience.
• You coordinate assembly personnel, suppliers, and subcontractors on site.
• You assist with scheduling, cost control, and project organisation.
• You liaise with planners and other trades.
• You support commissioning, acceptance, and project documentation.
• With increasing experience, you take on more responsibility up to independent project management.

• Completed training as a certified electrical installer
• Further training as an installation and safety project manager, safety advisor, or the motivation to pursue this path
• Initial experience in project management is an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working
• Team spirit, initiative, and enjoyment of technical challenges
• Good German language skills and availability in Bern from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement
