About the job
Spitex Stäfa supports people in living as independently as possible for as long as possible in their familiar home environment. As a team coach, you provide guidance in close collaboration with management and create a reliable framework, while simultaneously strengthening personal responsibility and promoting the development of your team.
Team Coach Nursing & Domestic Services 80 – 100%
Your main responsibilities
- You take on the professional, organisational, and personnel leadership of your team and, together with the employees, ensure a high-quality and needs-based service delivery.
- As a team coach, you strengthen partial autonomy, promote personal responsibility, and support your team in actively fulfilling the assigned functions and developing good solutions together.
- You ensure clear processes and reliable collaboration within the team, guarantee the exchange of information, and accompany employees in their professional and personal development.
- Together with your team, you ensure high quality, keep relevant key figures in view, and continuously develop work processes. To ensure quality, you are occasionally directly involved with clients.
- You work closely with management, the team coach, and external specialist agencies and actively contribute your perspective to the further development of Spitex.
You have the following qualifications
- FH/HF qualified nursing professional with proven experience in nursing and advanced knowledge of billing nursing services according to KVG
- Leadership training and several years of leadership experience in the health or social sector
- Experience in coaching is an advantage
- Networked thinking, strong communication skills, delegation ability, moderation skills, appreciation, and willingness to change
