Your tasks
- Development and implementation of purchasing strategies for defined product groups (e.g., medical technology, consumables, services)
- Supplier management (selection, evaluation, development, framework agreements)
- Participation or leadership of cross-site projects in purchasing
- Cost and process optimization in purchasing
- Monitoring market trends and innovations in healthcare
Your profile
- Commercial training with appropriate further education or completed business studies (business administration, health management, hospital management, or supply chain management)
- Several years of professional experience in strategic or project purchasing, ideally in healthcare
- Knowledge of the Medical Devices Act, delivery regulations, and hygiene requirements
- Knowledge of contract and procurement law (tenders)
- Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP as well as MS Office and e-procurement systems)
- Analytical skills (cost analyses, product group management, benchmarking)
- Strong negotiation skills and confident appearance towards suppliers and service providers
- Strong communication skills for the interface function between doctors, nursing, administration, and suppliers
- Assertiveness and conflict resolution competence in everyday clinical work
- Teamwork skills in collaboration with purchasing, controlling, and medical departments
