KNF Neuberger AG is the sales centre for the Swiss market of the successful, international, family-run KNF Group. The KNF Group is a mechanical engineering company with 24 locations worldwide, specialising in the development, design, production and sales of diaphragm pumps for the transport of gases and liquids. At the Balterswil site, 20 employees work.

To expand our team, we are looking for:

Junior Sales Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

Your main tasks:

• Through proactive communication, you advise our existing and potential OEM customers on the right KNF solution
• You take care of after-sales and act as the pivotal point between KNF and our customers
• By networking skilfully within the KNF Group, you learn to structure requirements and develop a solution
• By independently managing selected customers, you gain practical sales experience and continuously develop your consulting and sales skills

Your profile:

• Technical basic training (e.g. polymechanic, automotive mechatronics technician)
• Further training as a technical salesman or other commercial training
• Engineering degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering is an advantage
• First professional experience in technical consulting is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills, French is an advantage
• SAP, Office 365 & CRM experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and sales talent
• Growth mindset is not a foreign word to you, but an attitude
