• Support our non-life external service employees in acquiring technical skills in insurance, products, systems, processes and sales methods.
• Prepare and deliver face-to-face or virtual training sessions and support participants throughout their journey within a structured individual tutoring framework.
• Adapt your communication to train both professionals and newcomers to the profession.
• Develop and adapt our training offer by following the agile method and set objectives, combining traditional methods, new digital tools and the latest knowledge acquisition techniques.
• Work closely with the entire team of trainers in Switzerland, taking an interest in all new training techniques to provide the best possible quality.

• You have in-depth expertise in non-life insurance, ideally with previous experience in consulting or sales (specialist insurance certificate or equivalent). You will be enthusiastic about expanding your knowledge to other insurance areas if needed.
• You already have initial experience in adult education on insurance topics and ideally hold a diploma in adult education (FSEA 1 or equivalent). If not, the number of hours of courses you have already completed allows you to be considered equivalent.
• With a focus on service quality for our clients, you are able to create a climate of trust and exchange, making your training lively and enriching.
• Autonomous and highly organised, you demonstrate great individual responsibility. You adapt easily and quickly to a very dynamic environment and are able to moderate a wide variety of courses while maintaining a high level of quality and expertise.
• Thanks to your mastery of various current technologies and digital tools, you can develop engaging and effective hybrid training sessions.
• You have perfect command of French; you can also communicate internally with colleagues in German and ideally follow sessions in that language.
