Care Specialist / Health Officer (80%)

Tasks:

• Responsibility for the health care department in the residential home such as managing the house pharmacy, planning medical and nursing measures, professional contacts with doctors and therapists
• Supporting the residents in their daily lives
• Encouraging residents towards the greatest possible independence and community skills
• Organising leisure and weekend activities
• Administrative duties
• Key worker duties

Profile:

• Experience working with people with multiple disabilities
• Completed training as a FAGE or HF nursing specialist
• Ability to learn, manage conflicts, and work in a team
• Organisational skills and independent working style
• Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
• Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience and humour
