Care Specialist / Health Officer (80%)
Tasks:
- Responsibility for the health care department in the residential home, such as managing the house pharmacy, planning medical and nursing measures, professional contacts with doctors and therapists
- Supporting the residents in their daily lives
- Encouraging residents towards the greatest possible independence and ability to participate in the community
- Organising leisure and weekend activities
- Administrative tasks
- Key worker duties
Profile:
- Experience working with people with multiple disabilities
- Completed training as a FAGE or HF nursing specialist
- Ability to learn, manage conflicts, and work in a team
- Organisational skills and independent working style
- Sense of responsibility, openness, reliability, flexibility
- Appreciative attitude, creativity, patience and humour
