offers the opportunity to undertake internships for the year 2027 for post-graduate clinical practice for psychotherapists in training with a view to completing training pursuant to the "Regulation concerning the practice of the profession of psychologist active in the healthcare sector and psychotherapist" of 27 March 2013 for professional practice, at the following OSC facilities subject to availability of vacancies:
- Cantonal Psychiatric Clinic (CPC), Mendrisio
- Competence Centre for Eating Behaviour Disorders (DCA), Mendrisio
- Home treatment (HT), Bellinzona, Lugano-Viganello
- Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Care Unit (UCPP), San Pietro di Stabio
- Medical-psychological Services (SMP) for minors, Mendrisio, Lugano-Viganello, Locarno and Bellinzona
- Psycho-social Services (SPS) for adults, Chiasso, Lugano-Viganello, Locarno and Bellinzona
- Psychiatry and Medical Psychology Service (SPPM), Savosa
Duration: from 6 to 12 months (100% and 50%)
Salary: current executive directive on auxiliary contract salaries
Requirements:
- degree or licence in psychology obtained from a Swiss university or, if obtained from a foreign university, federal recognition of the diploma issued by the Psychological Professions Commission PsiCo (pursuant to Articles 2 and 3 of the Federal Law on Psychological Professions (LPPsi))
- enrolled in a psychotherapy training programme provisionally or definitively accredited. Exceptions are possible for applicants domiciled in Switzerland who complete their entire training abroad but intend to return to Switzerland after completing their training
- possess an adequate psycho-attitudinal profile for professional practice
- knowledge of the territory and the social-health network of the Canton of Ticino
- perfect knowledge of the Italian language and knowledge of another official language
- ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, proactive attitude, adaptability, empathy and relational skills; it is recommended to have started a personal analysis process
- priority will be given to candidates who have already obtained cantonal authorisation to practise as a psychologist in the healthcare sector

Required documents:
- cover letter and the candidate must indicate whether interested in an internship in Services for developmental age or adult services or both
- curriculum vitae
- master's degree, licence or diploma in psychology and, if not yet obtained, self-certification with expected date of completion and university
- in case of foreign qualification, full PsiCo recognition
- certificate of enrolment in a psychotherapy training programme
- licence to practise as a psychologist in the healthcare sector in Canton Ticino if in possession
