Night Watch / Nursing Specialist / FAGE 40% - 80%

In the boarding school and the residential employment home, the care of the pupils and residents at night is ensured by a team of nursing specialists. During the night, two main night watches and an additional night watch are present. A modern alarm system, installed in every room, supports their work.

To complement our committed night watch team, we are looking for 1 - 2

Night Watch Staff
(40% - 80% workload)

Tasks

• Independent, holistic care and support during the night hours
  
• Taking on night watch duties in the boarding school and the adult residential home
• Work assignments also on public holidays
  
• 1-2 weekend shifts per month
  

Profile

• Training as a nursing specialist HF, health specialist or equivalent qualification (returnees also welcome)
  
• Experience in dealing with people with disabilities, if possible
  
• Sense of responsibility, social skills and empathy
• Willingness to work motivatedly in a committed team
• High commitment and resilience
