About the job
Building Technician: Sanitary EFZ 100 %- Operation, maintenance and servicing of sanitary systems and wet rooms
- Maintenance and flushing of sewer systems
- Supervision of water retention shafts, rainwater pumps and external water connections
- Independent execution of repair and assembly work from service desk orders
- Planning and conducting technical inspections
- Documentation of work and initiation of appropriate measures in case of malfunctions
- Collaboration with various internal stakeholders and support of the product team
- Participation in on-call duty and alarm group
- Support within the department across various trades
- Completed apprenticeship in the field of sanitary, building technology or comparable technical training
- Experience in operation and maintenance of technical infrastructure systems
- Independent, structured and reliable working method
- Enjoyment in working with different stakeholders and strong communication skills
- Good IT user skills
- Willingness for on-call duty
- First aid training advantageous
- Driving licence category B required
