For our client in the Biel region in the field of mechanical and plant engineering, we are looking for a personality as an automation technician who not only executes but also thinks along and takes responsibility.

Your tasks:

• Electrical assembly of machines and assemblies
• Carrying out tests and commissioning in the factory
• Accompanying customer acceptance tests (FAT)
• Assembly and commissioning at the customer (mainly Europe, assignments 1–3 weeks)
• Occasional service assignments at the customer on site

Your profile:

• Completed training as an automation technician or electromechanic
• Experience in plant or mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal)
• Experience in commissioning plants
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
• Willingness for assignments at home and abroad (approx. 10–20 %)
• Knowledge in the MedTech or pharmaceutical sector is an advantage
• Good German or French skills as well as English skills
