About the job
Are you organised, work carefully and feel comfortable in an IT-related environment? Then become part of our IT team and support us for six months with a variety of administrative and coordinative tasks. You can expect a varied role with insights into different IT processes and projects. We look forward to your application!
Your tasks:
- Administrative support of the IT team in daily operations
- Checking and further processing of invoices from external service providers
- Management of user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and other applications)
- Maintenance and updating of IT documentation, inventory lists and process documents
- Coordination of appointments, device handover as well as shipping and ordering
- Creation and preparation of reports, evaluations and overviews for IT management
- Communication with internal departments and external service providers
- Support in IT projects as well as follow-up of project-related tasks and documents
Your profile:
- Completed commercial or IT-related training, for example as a commercial clerk EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ or computer scientist EFZ; alternatively a degree with relevant professional experience
- Initial professional experience in the administrative IT environment or in technical support is an advantage
- Good user knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
- Structured, precise and independent way of working
- High service orientation, communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Enjoyment of organisational and coordinative tasks as well as administrative processes
