Operation & Maintenance:
- Carrying out first-level minor repairs and maintenance (doors, locks, furniture, fences, signage, etc.)
- Accompanying and acting as contact person for external service partners during maintenance and repair work
- Assistance and support in the office premises as well as support in the maintenance of pool vehicles
Logistics & Event Support
- Responsibility for the order and equipment of service rooms (storage, staging) in the data centre
- Furniture and warehouse management as well as carrying out minor moving tasks
- Setting up and dismantling meeting rooms for meetings and events as well as assisting with internal events
- Care and maintenance of logistics materials (e.g. forklift, transport boxes).
Coordination of drinking water supply
Cleaning, Disposal & Surroundings:
- Organisation and provision of waste disposal
- Maintenance of the outdoor area (data centre, roof areas) and carrying out winter services (during operating hours)
- Deputising for the cleaning team during basic, intermediate and customer cage cleanings as well as ensuring cleanliness standards
What you bring with you:
Education:
- Completed apprenticeship as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or a comparable craft/technical training
Further education:
- Federal specialist certificate as a caretaker is a great advantage
Experience:
- Professional experience in a comparable role
Skills:
- Manual dexterity, enjoyment of practical work and a strong affinity for operating machines (container compactor, floor scrubber, etc.)
- Enthusiasm for the care of green spaces and outdoor facilities
- Good German skills (English skills are an advantage)
- Personality: Physically fit, resilient and likes to actively get involved
Requirements:
- Driving licence category B and an impeccable reputation
