Polymechanic with 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines
Tasks
- Independently set up and operate 3D coordinate measuring machines
- Create measurement programmes for 3D inspection systems independently
- Carry out quality checks on various compressor components
- Evaluate measurement data and record inspection reports
- Write and follow up on NCR reports
Requirements
- Apprenticeship qualification as a polymechanic or machine mechanic
- Practical experience in metrology and quality assurance
- Knowledge of 3D coordinate measuring machines, ideally Hexagon CMM programming
- Confident operation of an overhead crane up to 20 tonnes
- Routine with Office365, SAP and WAY as well as good German language skills
