Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ or Production Mechanic EFZ (mandatory)
• Several years of professional experience in chip-removing manufacturing
• Experience in supervising and training apprentices
• Training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
• Experience in setting up and operating CNC machining centres
• Independent, precise and quality-conscious working method
• Reliable, straightforward and team-oriented personality

Your Tasks

• Deputising for the management of the productive training workshop
• Professional and personal supervision of apprentices
• Operating conventional machines as well as modern CNC machining centres
• Setting up and optimising CNC machines
• Manufacturing of individual parts up to medium series
• Carrying out first-piece and intermediate inspections
• Monitoring and changing of machining tools
• Continuous optimisation of manufacturing processes
• Carrying out weekly machine maintenance
