About the job

Our Retail & Site Management division operates, among other things, the Bauarena Volketswil. With a year-round exhibition of around 20,000 m², the Bauarena is a central meeting point and a comprehensive inspiration and information platform on the topics of building and living.

Are you communicative and enjoy interacting with people? As an intern at the Bauarena, you support our reception team, assist visitors and tenants, answer inquiries, and operate the telephone. In doing so, you take on responsibility and gain practical experience alongside your studies.

• You forward calls to the responsible contacts and also provide information yourself
• You assist in the organization/handling of repairs and maintenance measures
• Perform general office and secretarial tasks
• You help administratively with property management (clarifications, dispatch, rental contracts, etc.)

• You have completed primary and secondary school or high school and are looking for an attractive holiday internship position
• Confident German is a must, foreign language skills are a plus
• You are courageous, flexible, and as a multi-talent, you skillfully apply your versatile abilities daily
