• Definition of detailed PSOC (Product Security Operation Center) requirements based on customer and business needs
• Processing and classifying cybersecurity events and developing solutions together with the customer
• Initiating and leading discussions with colleagues/customers to assess and evaluate the cybersecurity incidents that have occurred
• Contributing to the creation of documents when the PSOC is involved
• Developing and maintaining incident response plans and procedures
• Monitoring and analyzing security incidents from various sources to detect possible threats as well as conducting regular audits and assessments
• Training and guidance on cybersecurity best practices for internal stakeholders and team members
• Supporting the Cybersecurity Senior Project Manager in building and maintaining the PSOC to ensure compliance with goals and schedules
• Collaborating in a cross-functional team of cybersecurity experts
• Keeping up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to optimize PSOC operations

• Completed education in computer science or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the railway environment
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations such as IEC62443, NIS2, and IEC63452. Additionally, you are familiar with relevant legal frameworks such as CRA or GDPR
• You know the differences between event, incident, vulnerability, weakness, exploit, hack, and attack
• You have already gained insights into SIEM systems and know what a playbook is
• You are a team player and work closely with colleagues and other departments
• You have a strong customer orientation and are solution-oriented
• Very good German and English skills
