The Alterssiedlung Grenchen Foundation operates the two care homes at Weinberg and Kastels for 173 residents and employs 280 staff. In our retirement settlements, elderly people live in a family-like atmosphere. We encourage them to lead their own lives even in old age and at the same time offer them a safe, age-appropriate environment in which they feel comfortable.

We are looking for the Kastels location due to retirement by arrangement

Night Watch Management (70%-100%)

Your profile

• Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, specialist in long-term care)
• Experience in inpatient long-term care
• Open and constructive personality
• Independence and initiative
• Respectful interaction as well as understanding and empathy for elderly people
• RAI/RUG knowledge desired
• Very good German language skills

Your tasks

• Implementation of individual and professional care and support of the residents
• Leadership, organisation and coordination of the night watch team
• Competence-appropriate deployment planning of the staff
• Ensuring the safety, well-being and quality of life of the residents
• Ensuring professional and RAI-relevant care documentation
• Active participation in constructive interdisciplinary collaboration
